
Tip #1: Rejuvenate your healthy cells by scrubbing with sea salt and lemon. This will cleanse out bacteria and blemishes. The good news is, you only need to scrub about 3 times per week. Regular skin scrubs will remove dead skin and minimize acne scars.
Tip #2: Add life to your skin by drinking plenty of water. If you have dark circles under your eyes, your skin tends to dry out, or even if your skin over produce oils - drinking at least 3 liters of water per day will make your skin look and feel healthier.
