Red represents life and vitality as it signifies a symbol of energy and radiancy! "We" - being the intelligent women that we are - already know this. However, the color red can still be intimidating to some of us. Knowing that red attracts attention, some of us shy away from wearing it entirely.
We have found that if you can first visualize yourself having a wonderful time in a spectacular red outfit, then your mind can begin to ease itself into the ideal that the color red isn't so inhibiting after all. Just as some people spend time meditating, you can also spend time focusing positively in this manner, and before you know it, you will have worked up enough confidence to wear anything in RED!
